Baptist Health is looking for a Messaging & Directory Services Engineer - Intermediate to join our team in Louisville.

This role provides comprehensive support for our IAM platform, ensuring its optimal performance andreliability. This role involves a mix of operational systems support, customer support, and project andvendor management.

Essential Duties:
* Administrative and daily operational support of MDS systems.
* Monitor and maintain health of MDS systems and associated workflows.
* Auditing and reporting of resources associated to MDS systems.
* Engage various vendors to receive support.
* Stay current on departmental standards.
* Provide direct end user support.
* Create and maintain end user and team documentation.
* Participate in on-call rotation.
* Participate in organization-wide projects or initiatives involving MDS systems and team.
* Collaborate with other areas of the business to understand needs and develop appropriatesolutions.
* Interact with various vendors to coordinate efforts.

Minimum Education, Experience, Training and Licensures Required

• Bachelor's degree with three years' experience

• 5 plus years of job-related experience in lieu of degree
