Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Director to lead and expand the
Consumer Division. This individual will oversee strategic sales execution across both online
and in-store retail channels, driving revenue growth, improving channel performance, and
cultivating long-term retail partnerships. A background in appliances or home comfort
products is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets for the Consumer Division.
- Develop and execute national and regional sales strategies for both e-commerce and brick-and-mortar retail channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, including mass merchants, independents, and e-commerce platforms.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to expand market reach.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Product Management, and Operations to align sales efforts with go-to-market strategies.
- Analyze sales performance data and KPIs to drive forecasting, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Represent the Consumer Division at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events.
- Foster a performance-driven culture with a focus on coaching, development, and team engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA a plus.
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in consumer goods or related industries.
- Proven success managing omnichannel sales across both online retail and in-store retail
- Experience in appliances, home comfort, or durable consumer products is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of retail category management, merchandising, and pricing strategies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven decision-maker with solid financial acumen and forecasting abilities.
- Willingness to travel as needed (~25-35%).

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 5-7 years in a leadership role focused on driving growth within the Ecommerce sector.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic growth plans that resulted in significant revenue and market share expansion.
- Strong negotiation skills with a history of establishing and managing successful partnerships
- Proficiency in data analysis and leveraging insights to make informed decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to lead and motivate teams toward achieving common goals.
- Thorough understanding of Ecommerce trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
