Utah Transportation Engineering Practice Leader (AVP/VP) - Cottonwood Heights, UT This role may be filled at the Assistant Vice President or Vice President level based on experience and demonstrated market leadership. Volkert is seeking an experienced and collaborative leader to lead our Utah engineering practice. This role provides executive leadership for the continued growth, performance, and market presence of our Utah operations, with an emphasis on strengthening client relationships, developing high-performing teams, and delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions across the state. The Utah Practice Leader will play a critical role in shaping our strategic direction in the state, building upon our established presence while expanding our services, influence, and long-term impact statewide. Position Overview Lead the strategic direction, operational performance, financial health, and client engagement efforts for Volkert's Utah practice. You will drive responsible growth across the state by fostering long-term partnerships with public-sector clients, aligning multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring consistent delivery of quality projects aligned with Volkert's values of Quality, Service, Safety, and Ethics.
