What we're seeking:

The SMB Sales Manager is integral to the success of Frontier Communications. As a key sales leader, this role involves developing and supporting sales talent within a designated region, with a focus on acquiring new SMB customers and driving revenue growth. Success in this position requires expertise in cold calling, territory management, and the ability to inspire and lead a sales team. The SMB Sales Manager is expected to challenge the status quo and drive market penetration across all disciplines.

What we need in you:

To be successful in this role, you'll need a strategic mindset and a passion for sales leadership. You should excel at motivating and developing a high-performing team while being adaptable to market changes. Strong relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of customer needs are essential.

What you'll do:

*Develop and mentor a high-performing sales team of approximately 10 SMB Sales Executives, leading them to create and close sales opportunities.

*Oversee talent management, working with HR on sourcing, assessment, selection, and onboarding.

*Provide ongoing coaching to help each SMB Sales Executive meet or exceed sales goals and position them for advancement within Frontier.

*Drive revenue growth through the sale of Frontier's products, services, and solutions.

*Build and expand relationships with decision-makers in prospect and customer accounts.

*Review sales proposals to ensure they meet customer needs.

*Partner with other sales resources and pre-sales engagement members to align goals and ensure continuous improvement.

*Report to the VP/Director of Sales.

What we offer:

Nothing is more important to our success than the team that builds it. That's why we offer a competitive pay package with earnings of $90,000 to $131,000.

What background you should have:

*3-5 years managing sales teams and 5+ years in B2B sales within telecommunications, IT, or Managed Services.

*Proven ability to engage prospective customers, establish credibility, handle objections, and negotiate contracts.

*Strong market knowledge, ability to recognize changing trends, and link corporate goals to customer solutions.

*Experience overseeing talent development programs.

*Driven to acquire knowledge, solve problems, and present effectively.

*Ability to communicate with Frontier management as needed.

*BA/BS degree preferred.

*Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
