Location: * Fond Du Lac, WI * Position is 100% on-site Description As the Mortgage Loan Officer, you are responsible for providing personal, customized financial services to potential members and members of the credit union. - Support our mission and vision by serving as a trusted financial advisor through recommending solutions toward improving their financial situation. - Originate investment quality loans while meeting the needs of the entire membership. - Build trustworthy relationships with branch staff and lending processors. - Plan and participate in real estate business development activities of the credit union. Additional Skills & Qualifications *Must be able to attain a NMLS* - Associates degree in finance or business related field - Minimum of five years mortgage lending experience in a retail financial environment, customer focused with sales experience - Experience with loan products, such as 1st mortgages, 2nd mortgages, WHEDA, construction loans and loan processing - Excellent listening and interpersonal skills and strong organizational skills required. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
