We are looking for a hard-working, energetic Provider Engagement Specialist that will support the Network Management & Operations team as needed. Key focus being on network growth, development, conversion rates and retention through means of recruiting, educating, developing, and maintaining positive relations with the Start Hearing Provider Network.

By understanding and anticipating needs, questions and concerns, the Provider Engagement Specialist creates an effortless experience, making it easier to do business with SH. Training and educating providers every step of the way, whether electronically, over the phone or face to face, this individual will enable our providers to make informed decisions to maximize patient benefits, satisfaction, and outcomes.

JOB SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

The Provider Engagement Specialist will support the Network Management & Operations team as needed. Key focus being on network growth, development, conversion rates and retention thru means of recruiting, educating, developing and maintaining positive relations with the Start Hearing Provider Network. By understanding and anticipating needs, questions and concerns, the Provider Engagement Specialist creates an effortless experience, making it easier to do business with SH. Training and educating providers every step of the way, whether electronically, over the phone or face to face, this individual will enable our providers to make informed decisions to maximize patient benefits, satisfaction and outcomes.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Recruitment of network accounts (owners, locations and providers) to expand footprint - with clear goals and guidance provided.
  • Prepares and delivers in-depth provider training & education to include contract to claim process, as well as the SoundGear model supporting network development efforts as the provider's first resource to learn more about the network.
  • Proactive outreach to internal teams and partners to help reinforce provider conversion rates, retention & satisfaction - with primary focus on assigned Key Accounts.
  • Other duties/responsibilities as assigned



JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education, Certification and Experience Requirements



  • Education (i.e. 4-year college degree, license, certification)

    • High School diploma or equivalent required
    • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or 4 years' experience in lieu of degree


  • Experience (i.e. years of work experience related to the job)

    • 3-5 years health industry experience
    • 3-5 years account, project or contract administration experience




Knowledge / Technical Requirements (List programs, technologies, knowledge required to perform essential job responsibilities)



  • Health insurance industry, health plans, contracting and credentialing
  • Ability to comprehend technical product knowledge.
  • MS Office applications

  • Ability to understand technical information is required.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical information to a variety of disciplines

Salary and Other Compensation:

The target pay range for this position is between $22.95-$30.29 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is eligible for a bonus based upon performance results. There is no guarantee of payout.
