Posting Date 10/14/2025 2000 16th St,Denver,Colorado,80202-5117,United States of AmericaThe Senior Manager, Clinical Programs on the CKD Model of Care team will be a pivotal leader in DaVita's efforts to provide integrated kidney care (IKC) to patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD). This teammate will join a team focused on developing and implementing the CKD care model strategy to operators to achieve Total Cost of Care (TCOC) reduction goals while also driving optimal patient outcomes and success in value-based arrangements. The successful candidate for this role will be a results-oriented leader with exceptional organizational skills, outstanding written and verbal communication, and a proven ability to build influential relationships with internal and external partners. This teammate will thrive in a highly dynamic, cross-functional, and matrixed team environment, motivated by making a direct impact on the lives of kidney patients.
