SUMMARY

We are seeking a collaborative and strategic Pricing Supervisor to lead our pricing initiatives for pipe and fittings products. This role is key to driving profitable growth through data-driven pricing strategies-and equally critical in cultivating a high-performing team of pricing analysts. The ideal candidate is not only analytical, but also passionate about mentoring, developing, and empowering team members to thrive in a dynamic manufacturing environment. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

May include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Lead and mentor a team of pricing analysts to drive performance, insights and collaboration
  • Oversee the execution of pricing models and ensure timely updates across market segments
  • Build a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and analytical rigor
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with company goals and market dynamics
  • Analyze customer segments, product mix, and competitive landscape to establish optimal pricing models
  • Recommend pricing adjustments based on material costs, demand patterns, and industry trends
  • Create pricing models and dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, or ERP systems
  • Monitor key metrics such as gross margins, discount trends, and pricing compliance
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and Product Development teams to develop pricing strategy
  • Deliver actionable reporting to leadership with recommendations on pricing strategy
  • Coordinate pricing launches and changes with key stakeholders to ensure system readiness
  • Maintain pricing policies and approval workflows to ensure consistency and control
  • Ensure alignment with legal, procedural, and regulatory requirements in pricing
  • Audit pricing practices for accuracy, consistency, and ethical standards
  • Streamline/automate pricing processes and tools to reduce order turnaround time and errors

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics or related field, MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in pricing analysis, financial analysis or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make recommendations based on findings
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting
  • SAP S/4Hana experience
  • ERP implementation/upgrade experience preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build effective working relationships
  • Must be able to work Mon-Fri, between the hours of 8am-5pm
  • This is a hybrid role. Must be able to work in the office 3 days a week
  • Must be able to travel once every 4-6 weeks on average
