Join Our Team as the Manager of Revenue Accounting!

Are you ready to take your accounting career to the next level? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manager of Revenue Accounting to play a critical role in ensuring our revenue reporting is fully compliant with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) while supporting our broader internal control efforts. Why You Should Apply: In this pivotal position, you will be accountable for ensuring accurate, consistent, and auditable revenue reporting. You will work collaboratively to improve execution and drive automation, all while maintaining a strong internal control environment. Your expertise in revenue recognition, internal controls, and process improvement will be essential to our success!

Key Performance Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end revenue and accounts receivable accounting, including the monthly close, journal entries, account reconciliations, and GAAP compliance.
  • Improve processes across the revenue recognition process, including accounts receivable, deferred revenue, and AR allowances.
  • Drive consistent month-end revenue close processes with reduced timelines and increased auditability.
  • Lead financial reporting, automation initiatives, and internal controls that enhance transparency and efficiency.
  • Continuously improve accounting policies, internal controls, and financial disclosures.
  • Deliver clear, data-driven financial analysis and insights to leadership.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure accounting and reporting requirements are met through system integrations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required.

Healthcare revenue experience required.

5+ years of experience in revenue accounting, with +2 years in a leadership role.

Experience owning external auditor interface and audit readiness workstreams.

Proven success improving revenue recognition processes, including close acceleration and control enhancement.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex financial concepts with clarity.

A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with the ability to drive change and deliver results.
