The Role: Associate, Technology Strategy This is a dynamic and hands-on role supporting Suffolk's innovation and technology strategy across both the Suffolk enterprise and the Suffolk Technologies venture capital firm. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Technology Strategy and up through the Chief Technology Officer - who also is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Suffolk Technologies - you will play an important role in advancing key strategic initiatives that sit at the intersection of construction, technology and innovation, AI, and venture capital. You'll be expected to bring analytical rigor, structured thinking, and strong communication skills to a range of efforts - from supporting the development of technology strategy efforts across the enterprise to supporting venture platform strategy and investment theses. This role is designed for an early- to mid-career professional eager to build deep exposure across corporate innovation and emerging technology ecosystems. You'll collaborate closely with senior leaders while also taking ownership of specific workstreams, helping translate vision into action. Whether you're developing business cases, producing materials for executive stakeholders, or coordinating cross-functional teams, your contributions will help inform critical decisions and accelerate Suffolk's technology and innovation roadmap. The position also serves as a strong platform for growth into more senior roles within the CTO organization, Suffolk Technologies, or Corporate Strategy. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities
