NOTE: This position is temporary with an anticipated duration of three (3) weeks.
The temporary HR Data Entry position will be responsible for transferring all Arapahoe County job descriptions into the new SuccessFactors Job Profile Builder database.

Duties
-
- Organize and compile an active and up to date job description list. Send a list of missing job descriptions and associated departments/offices to HR contact.
- Copy and paste existing word version job descriptions into job profile builder template within SuccessFactors database.
- Review and audit job profiles for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with job/field requirements.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues and support the processes.
Skills, Abilities and Competencies:
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software systems, accurately input and analyze data, and the ability to utilize Microsoft Word and Excel at a basic to intermediate level.
- Demonstrated ability to complete repetitive or routine tasks with accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Strong independent work ethic; able to complete assignments with limited instruction or oversight, within set deadlines.

Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Any equivalent combination of education and work experience that satisfy the requirements of the job will be considered.

- Work is generally confined to a standard office environment.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The following are some of the physical demands commonly associated with this position.
- Spends 90% of the time sitting and 10% of the time either upright or walking.
- Occasionally lifts, carries, pulls or pushes up to 10 lbs.
- Occasionally uses cart, dolly, or other equipment to carry in excess of 25 lbs.
- Occasionally climbs, stoops, kneels, balances, reaches, crawls and crouches while performing office or work duties.
- Verbal and auditory capacity enabling constant interpersonal communication through automated devices, such as telephones, radios, and similar; and in public meetings and personal interactions.
- Constant use of eye, hand and finger coordination enabling the use of automated office machinery or equipment.
- Visual capacity enabling constant use of computer or other work-related equipment.
