Working for our team, you can truly make a difference. The Administrator's responsibilities will be comprised of 60% HR related tasks. The administrator is the first point of contact for HR related questions and concerns. The administrator manages all administrative functions of the HR department. Why work at MCC:

Responsibilities:
- Support implementation of initiatives to address workplace environment, employee engagement or retention issues.
- Administrative and clerical tasks such as data entry, filing and archiving job bags
- Assist in HR and production audits
- Assist department managers in planning and performing department engagement activities, such as celebration activities, recognition, ordering lunches, etc
- Monitor attendance patterns to ensure issues are addressed by the manager in a timely, consistent manner. Assist the manager in driving accountability among the workforces.
- Support department specific on-boarding and new employee orientation.
- Collect data and pull reports from HR tools, may key in/maintain data in system.
- Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; supporting management on needed actions.
- Related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- High level of emotional intelligence, discretion and confidentiality.
- Capable of working in a team environment and alone with a high sense of urgency.
- Possess skills to prioritize, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Exhibits a safety-first attitude in all that is done, from proper personal protection equipment compliance to keeping the work environment safe and hazard-free. Compliance with all workplace and safety standards required.
Other considerations:
- Wear hearing, foot, eye and/or other personal protective equipment while in a manufacturing setting
- Frequently use hands to handle or feel, and to write and type
- Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, climb / balance, and reach with hands and arms
- Frequently lift and move up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift and move up to 35 pounds
- Occasionally required to stand, walk, and sit
- Vision abilities include - close, distance, and peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to distinguish color variations, ability to adjust focus, ability to view a computer screen for extended periods
- Low to moderate noise environment in office areas, moderate to loud in manufacturing
- Work flexible/varying schedules and hours as needed
- Work overtime as required by workload and mandated deadlines
