Ciminelli Real Estate Corporation is hiring an analytical Asset Manager with a high level of attention to detail to join our best-in-class, driven financial asset management team. This role plays is vital in overseeing and optimizing the financial performance of our portfolio of properties, with a primary focus on maximizing our return on investment. Oversee the performance of assigned properties and identify opportunities to increase revenue, decrease expenses, and improve efficiency and productivity. Participate in project teams to understand strategic and financial objectives of the property under development and assist in development of operating budgets and leasing strategies for the property. Conduct needs analyses regarding property development as required. Assist in the negotiation of lender contracts and agreements to maximize the project's potential return on investment. Compensation: The anticipated base rate of pay for this position is $75,000-$95,000 per year. Base rate of pay is determined by a number of critical factors, including but not limited to: required experience, skill set needed, and financial and people management scope. Job Requirements Desired experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field, required. 5+ years of experience in real estate finance, commercial banking, or related field, required. Valid NYS Drivers License and Auto Insurance, required.
