UC Riverside's Auxiliary Services is recruiting for the APPS Senior Payroll Analyst. The full salary range for the APPS Senior Payroll Analyst is $62,900 - $110,100 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $86,500 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.

Auxiliary Payroll & Personnel Services (APPS) is an internal shared service center that provides payroll and human resources related services to all departments under the Auxiliary Services umbrella, including Housing Services, Dining & Hospitality Services, Center for Early Childhood Education, Transportation and Fleet Services, Campus Business Services, Auxiliary Facilities, and Auxiliary Administration. APPS sits under the department of Auxiliary Finance and Business Operations (AFBO) and provides assistance and guidance for onboarding, offboarding, time reporting and payroll oversight, position management, personnel updates, case management(leave balances, accruals, etc.), and transactional leave administration for our client base. The Senior Payroll Analyst will serve in a lead role for UCPath case escalations. Along with the APPS Manager, this position will assist in transaction auditing and approval of accurate UCPath entries, will be responsible for the timely and accurate preparation, processing, and auditing of payroll and personnel transactions, and will utilize data and analytics to complete audits and resolve any payroll discrepancies. The incumbent will partner with the APPS Employment Office Coordinator to plan and develop timelines, organize responsibilities, and ensure successful execution of mass onboarding, appointment extensions, and position and job data related projects.
