As a Senior Data & AI Governance Specialist with American Family Insurance you will establish AI Governance practices which guide the responsible development and use of AI within and by American Family Insurance. Partner with stakeholders to design and implement systems that ensure trust and safety by embedding transparency, accountability, security, fairness, and human-centricity throughout the entire AI system lifecycle while also mitigating risk in the application of AI systems.
You will report to the Director, Data & AI Governance. If located within 50 miles of one of our core locations (35 miles in Boston), you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from one of the following office locations: Madison, WI 53783; Boston, MA 02110; Denver, CO 80112; Eden Prairie, MN 55343; Keene, NH 03431; St. Joseph, MO 64507; Phoenix, AZ 85034. Position Compensation Range: $86,000.00 - $142,000.00Pay Rate Type: SalaryCompensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location.
