Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to support the program management and ongoing improvement of our Capital Stress Testing Program. This role will combine financial analysis and regulatory understanding with strong project management capabilities to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of key capital planning activities. The analyst will also lead the development and continuous refinement of the operating runbook, serving as a foundational document that supports process consistency, internal controls, and audit readiness. Responsibilities Capital Stress Testing Program Support: * Support the end-to-end execution of the capital stress testing), including financial forecasting, scenario development coordination, and cross-functional input consolidation. Runbook Development & Maintenance: * Own and maintain the Capital Stress Testing Operating Runbook, capturing workflows, control checkpoints, interdependencies, escalation paths, and detailed roles & responsibilities. Project Management & Governance Responsibilities: * Act as a project coordinator for capital stress testing deliverables across multiple stakeholder groups, ensuring deadlines are tracked, communicated, and met.
