Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to support the program management and ongoing improvement of our Capital Stress Testing Program. This role will combine financial analysis and regulatory understanding with strong project management capabilities to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of key capital planning activities. The analyst will also lead the development and continuous refinement of the operating runbook, serving as a foundational document that supports process consistency, internal controls, and audit readiness.


Responsibilities

Capital Stress Testing Program Support:

* Support the end-to-end execution of the capital stress testing), including financial forecasting, scenario development coordination, and cross-functional input consolidation.
* Partner with Finance, Risk, Treasury, and Business Line teams to ensure completeness and alignment of assumptions and methodologies across workstreams.

Runbook Development & Maintenance:

* Own and maintain the Capital Stress Testing Operating Runbook, capturing workflows, control checkpoints, interdependencies, escalation paths, and detailed roles & responsibilities.
* Incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders and regulators to evolve the runbook into a best-in-class process and control reference document.
* Identify and implement updates to reflect internal process changes and enhancements to the overall process.

Project Management & Governance Responsibilities:

* Act as a project coordinator for capital stress testing deliverables across multiple stakeholder groups, ensuring deadlines are tracked, communicated, and met.
* Lead or support regular project governance meetings, including creation of meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up tracking.
* Maintain and monitor project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, SharePoint), tracking key milestones, issues, dependencies, and ownership.
* Draft and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including issue logs, change requests, decision logs, risk assessments, and project status reports.
* Support testing and implementation of process enhancements or system changes related to stress testing infrastructure.


Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Finance or Analytics OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Finance or Analytics

Preferred Qualifications:

* Strong project management skills with experience managing cross-functional deliverables
* Familiarity with CCAR/DFAST, PPNR modeling, and regulatory capital frameworks
* Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project tools
* Experience developing process documentation, runbooks, or governance materials
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive and regulatory audiences
