Position: Field Coordinator Salary: $27 - $31 an hour Job Type: Full-time. 7:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday (overtime requirements are as needed)
Application Window The Application window is anticipated to close on 08/18/2025. This is subject to change based on various factors. Immunizations/Testing is required for this position. Position Summary: The Field Coordinator coordinates with Project Managers, Engineers and/or Production in the development of a project(s) and oversees the project(s) under the direction of the Project Manager.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain effective working relationship with Superintendents/other trades with the intent of providing precise and timely field/ project schedule information.
- May make project related decisions in the absence of the Project Manager.
- Educate self on job scope/requirements; therefore Field Coordinator must attend initial handoffs and other meetings as required.
- Perform initial jobsite visit for introduction and to lay out a plan for field dimensions and deliveries.
- Determine if site is ready to accept our product and where best access for delivery and inform PM if any special delivery equipment is needed.
- Track elevations/areas that have and have not been field dimensioned and provide detailed information to the PM regarding completion.
- Produce field reports to include pictures to document progress, when areas were or were not ready to field dimension, deliver and install, changes to area and/or special conditions.
- Perform field dimension tasks as assigned and place in electronic folder in a timely manner.
- Write Field Observation Report and email report to Project Manager.
- Ensure there is wall backing where needed and that our product installation will not interfere with other trades scope (i.e. electrical, plumbing, etc...).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline oriented environment with minimal supervision.
- Maintain work area, organized and orderly, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications Required:

- Possess a good driving record, meet the company's driver criteria and insurability requirements and have the ability to visit customers in Colorado Springs, Denver, the surrounding areas and/or nationwide when needed using a company provided vehicle.
- Previous millwork experience including field measurements and shop drawings is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Knowledge of AWI quality standards; BlueBeam PDF software; strong understanding of raw materials and fabrication methods.
