We are seeking a visionary and execution-oriented Head of Demand Generation & Integrated Campaigns to lead our global revenue marketing engine. This executive will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition, pipeline acceleration, and revenue growth through strategic, data-driven, and innovative demand generation programs.

You'll lead a team of 25+ high-performing marketers across digital, ABM, paid media, and integrated campaigns. This role requires a seasoned leader with a deep understanding of demand strategy, cross-functional alignment, and the ability to execute at scale. You will serve as a key member of the marketing leadership team, representing demand generation in executive and cross-functional forums and contributing to strategic decision-making across the organization.

What You'll Do

Strategic Leadership

  • Set the vision and strategic direction for demand generation globally, ensuring alignment with company-wide revenue objectives and go-to-market priorities.

  • Lead and inspire a large team, including directors and managers across all core demand functions, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and performance.

  • Represent demand generation in C-suite discussions and executive planning sessions, providing visibility and insights on key initiatives.

  • Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Field leadership to drive alignment and unified execution across all funnel stages.

Demand Generation Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel demand generation strategies-across paid, owned, and earned media, including SEM, SEO, CTV, etc.-that drive high-quality pipeline and customer engagement.

  • Own strategy and execution for ABM programs targeting high-value accounts and supporting revenue expansion within the existing customer base.

  • Design digital and high-touch campaigns to engage personas across the entire buyer journey for a wide range of personas across companies of all sizes.

Performance Optimization

  • Define and implement a performance management framework to track and optimize pipeline generation, MQL/SQL conversion, and ROI.

  • Manage and optimize a multi-million-dollar media and program budget, ensuring the highest return on investment and funnel efficiency.

  • Partner with Sales and Operations to refine lead scoring models, lead flow, funnel metrics, and attribution reporting to drive predictable revenue outcomes.

  • Establish and maintain dashboards and regular executive reporting on campaign performance, pipeline coverage, and contribution to revenue.

Team Development & Operational Excellence

  • Provide coaching and career development for directors and their teams to grow future leaders and maintain high engagement and performance.

  • Ensure operational excellence across all demand generation efforts, with a focus on scalability, agility, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure quality delivery and cost efficiency.

  • Drive innovation by staying ahead of industry trends in digital, paid media, SEO, and marketing technology (particularly AI).

Minimum Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 10 years in marketing leadership roles supporting Sales, Product, or Marketing across complex, global organizations.

  • Experience managing large, geographically distributed marketing teams, including demand gen, field, digital, and ABM.

  • Deep expertise in performance marketing, paid media, ABM, digital channels, and full-funnel campaign orchestration.

  • Exceptional communication and executive presence, with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders and aligning cross-functional teams.

  • Mastery of the modern marketing tech stack (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, Drift, LinkedIn Ads, Tableau/Looker).

  • Experience leveraging AI tools to scale pipeline generation.

  • Strong data orientation with the ability to analyze, interpret, and present complex marketing performance metrics to the C-suite.

Preferred Qualifications

  • AVP-level experience leading large-scale demand organizations in high-growth, dynamic SaaS environments.

  • MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • Advanced knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.

  • Strategic thinker with a bias toward action, a collaborative leadership style, and a passion for customer-centric growth.

  • Proven ability to innovate and evolve demand strategies in rapidly shifting markets and competitive landscapes.

If you are hired in Colorado, California, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Maryland, Washington, Connecticut, Rhode Island, the compensation range for this position is between $193,000 and $360,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
