    As part of our Operations team, reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will:

    
    
  • Perform a variety of welding techniques (1G, 6G, MIG, TIG, Arc) on metal components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions.
  • Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, and shaping metal to ensure proper fit and alignment.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to determine welding specifications.
  • Fabricate parts and structures according to project requirements using appropriate tools and equipment.
  • Inspect welds for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as needed to meet ISO 9001 and customer standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols.
  • Keep welding equipment in top condition through regular maintenance and cleaning.
  • Collaborate with supervisors, project managers, and team members to meet production goals.
  • Participate in training and certification for test cell operations and support team development.
  • Operate fork trucks, overhead cranes, jib cranes, and other mobile equipment for material movement.
  • Use business systems and computer programs effectively to access job information and complete job transactions.

• 2+ years of hands-on welding experience, including MIG, TIG, and ARC welding.
• Strong knowledge of metal properties and structural fabrication, including stainless steel.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent measuring and math skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience with piping runs and stainless-steel operations (code compliance preferred).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently under deadlines.
• Welding certification or trade school education is a plus.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Must be able to consistently lift 35 lbs., squat, bend, and perform physical tasks as required.
• Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends, is essential based on business need
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Assembly Experience with the ability to perform extensive piping runs and can complete stainless steel operations when needed (code compliance).
• Perform quality welding in accordance with customer/quality requirements.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination are important.
