Invoicing Clerk

Staffmark is proud to partner with a reputable and inclusive homebuilding company in Pensacola, FL. We are hiring a detail-oriented Invoicing Clerk to support day-to-day financial operations. If you're looking to grow your skills in invoicing, data entry, and administrative support, this is the opportunity for you!

Pay: $15.50/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Enter invoice data accurately into financial and database systems
• Sort, file, photocopy, and organize incoming invoices and related documentation
• Code invoices and assist with timely processing for payment
• Maintain compliance with daily accounting procedures and company policies
• Use Microsoft Excel to manage and update invoice records
• Communicate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies or issues

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or data entry roles
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
• Experience with invoice coding or processing is a plus
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks independently and efficiently
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
