As a Product Owner within KeyBank's Conversational AI team, you will oversee the development and management of natural language conversational capabilities across Digital and Voice channels with an emphasis on client engagement and experience. The position entails collaboration with cross-functional teams to execute strategy, drive improvement, and support continuous enhancement efforts. Responsibilities include defining the Virtual Assistant's characteristics in alignment with the brand and ensuring its deployment supports business goals and delivers measurable results. Job Responsibilities * Manage multiple products and/or projects; may direct efforts of a squad or cross functional team * Partner and support work of product owners and other team members to build and deliver enhancements to Key Bank's mobile and online chat capabilities. Manage * Initiate and lead projects to implement enhancements and innovation while collaborating closely with marketing, technology, product partners, vendors, and internal partners to ensure effective deployment of budget in order to maximize our digital investment. * Demonstrated results from use of insights; thought leader in area of expertise that can apply analytical methods and tools; recommends strategy based on insights. * Understand key drivers of financial results and can articulate opportunities for improvement * Develop strong business/ financial knowledge and understand clients' needs, demonstrate a strong understanding of technology to collaborate with our technology partners to build or integrate scalable and extensible capabilities * Execute initiatives and co-manage or assist on individual backlog items related to complex efforts * Translate business goals into digital product concepts and tactical user stories. * Work closely with stakeholders to advise them on how to develop and sustain a business advantage in their space with AI first mindset. * Maintain and manage multiple and/or changing priorities quickly with flexibility, initiative, innovation and a team focus to drive success. * Make sound data-driven judgments drawing from both analytical data sources and qualitative data sources. * Use problem-solving skills that help identify, isolate and resolve problems and issues in a timely fashion to negate or minimize customer pain points. * Develop close working relationships with other departments in the company as well as external contacts.
Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, information systems management or equivalent preferred * Minimum of 3+ years in digital and/or product development * Strong analytical mindset, data driven decisioning and insights * Thought leader and familiar with industry competitive analysis * Combination of business depth and technical savvy. * Experience working in a collaborative, Agile, and data-driven environment. * Digital native with a strong understanding of the digital landscape, technologies, disrupters, and best practices.
Preferred Qualification * Experience creating innovative products and services that drive business results. * Working knowledge and appreciation for user-centered design and user experience. * Have a passion to think critically and identify new ways to create positive client centric experiences * Possess a strong mix of quantitative, qualitative and problem-solving skills * Ability to think strategically coupled with the ability to drive to execution * Experience with storytelling + curating presentations * Ability to operate in Agile Environment, Knowledge of Jira * Ability to build relationships and influence broadly

As a result, this role may be mobile or home based, which means you may work either at a home office or in a Key facility to perform your job duties. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $71,000.00 to $120,000.00annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
