Painter

Pivotal Health Solutions is seeking a Painter to join our team. In this role, the Painter will prepare a variety of surfaces including, Steel, Aluminum, and other shop coated metal, uncoated metal, finished hardware, accessories and other surfaces as specified.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Accurate handling of products to be processed
• Hanging and taking down products from conveyor lines, sanding, masking, plugging to prep for paint lines
• Prepare metal for the powder application process including hanging, washing, plugging, scrubbing, taping, and sanding of parts
• Utilize work instructions to follow established procedures
• Shrink wrap, count, and prep products for shipping
• Assist in QA final inspections
• Maintain clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions
• Document actions by completing production and quality forms
• Performs other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of painting experience in a manufacturing or assembly plant
• Applicant must have manufacturing assembly experience and/or high level of mechanical aptitude
• Applications must have good communication skills
• Applicants must be detail oriented, dependable, and work well in a team environment.
• Build defect-free products that meet Quality Standards
• Build products within time standards
• Adhere to safety standards and requirements
