Job Summary:The Onboarding Manager will own and reimagine OpenGov's new hire journey, making every first impression unforgettable-from day zero to fully ramped. This role is the architect of our onboarding experience, leading the design and delivery of dynamic, human-centered programs that ensure every new employee feels equipped, connected, and inspired by our mission.. As a key member of the Talent Enablement & Strategy team, the Onboarding Manager will bring together curriculum design, live facilitation, LMS integration, and certifications to deliver a world-class onboarding experience. You'll be the driving force behind our in-person onboarding experiences, digital learning tools, and time-to-productivity strategy-ensuring onboarding is not just a moment, but a movement. $136k - $145k On target ranges above include base plus a portion of variable compensation that is earned based on company and individual performance.
