Description Schedule - Full Time, Evening Shift: * Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday: 7AM-4PM, and Monday: 8AM-5PM (Shift may vary to meet business needs). * Travel Requirement: No travel required. This position is responsible for taking pre and post recon photos on our main lot, and TRA photographs of vehicles as defined by Image Standards using our MIC 2.0 application. The Vehicle Photographer will also be responsible for Photo Booth processing. Additionally, this position supports uploading images captured during the inspection process. This is an outdoor position, and photos are taken of vehicles in various weather conditions. Key Responsibilities Capture and process electronic images of vehicles. Upload all pictures associated with electronic condition reports (Smart Inspect) and verify the quality and accuracy of each photograph. Maintain knowledge of Digital Quality Image (Images Workbench) website. Re-image or request re-imaging of any substandard images. Process vehicles through the Images Pad and Photo Booth following available standard operating procedures (SOPs). Demonstrate a commitment to safety by following all safety and health procedures and modeling related behaviors. Actively participate in all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Minimum: High School Diploma/GED. Generally less than 2 years' experience in a related field. Valid driver's license and safe driving record required. Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time. Ability to perform repetitive motion tasks with manual dexterity. Vision abilities required include close, distance and depth perception. Preferred: 1 year of photography experience; digital and computer processing experience is a plus. Basic computer software skills are preferred. Certification or education in photography is a plus. Work Environment Indoor and outdoor work; exposure to weather and moderate noise. May involve early starts or schedule changes based on photography schedules. Flexible hours potential for overtime as needed. Fast-paced setting requiring frequent walking, bending, and standing. Drug Testing To be employed in this role, you'll need to clear a pre-employment drug test. Cox Automotive does not currently administer a pre-employment drug test for marijuana for this position. Compensation Hourly base pay rate is $19.00 per hour. This rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission or incentive programs. Benefits Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
