What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and coach team members to excel in their roles, providing training, counseling, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing, flexible team.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S, Kaizen, and other lean activities, to enhance efficiency and optimize processes.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with process and quality standards, developing audit plans to support adherence.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), taking proactive actions to meet targets and publishing performance results to stakeholders.
  • Lead cultural change and promote world-class manufacturing concepts within the organization.
  • Manage work schedules for team members and ensure accurate time-keeping records.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business, Operations, Manufacturing, or equivalent experience (10+ years)
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing
  • Lean Manufacturing (Six Sigma) knowledge.
  • Knowledge of safety and ergonomic principles and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision-making, facilitate groups, and build consensus.
  • Results-driven leader with a passion for execution and a commitment to driving continuous improvement.
