AsSales Director, HVAC/R & Water in North America, you'll lead a high-impact team that's driving real-world change in how we heat, cool, and manage one of Earth's most precious resources: water.


This is your chance to shape the future of two core verticals in a market poised for rapid growth. You'll define and execute strategies that go beyond selling products, you'll influence how cities stay sustainable, how buildings become smarter, and how communities thrive.

What You'll Be Doing


  • Lead leaders and coach a high-performing sales team focused on HVAC and Water, including key account managers, vertical experts, and sales development specialists.



  • Develop go-to-market strategies for direct OEM customers, end users, and bid & spec markets to expand Danfoss' footprint and win new business.



  • Drive customer engagement by building loyalty with existing key accounts and onboarding new "dream" customers across North America.



  • Build and scale a channel sales team for both verticals, ensuring strong partnerships with consultants and end users.



  • Shape and execute the 3-5-year strategic vision, aligning with global priorities and ensuring collaboration across product management, supply chain, HR, and beyond.



What We're Looking For


  • 10+ years of experience in drives sales with a track record in HVAC, Water, or related verticals.



  • Proven sales leadership experience, including leading leaders and building high-performing, diverse teams.



  • Strong go-to-market strategy skills, including OEM, end user, and channel partner engagement.



  • Deep experience in pipeline management, account development, and executive customer engagement.



  • A growth mindset with high collaboration, people development focus, and ability to work across functions and regions.
