As a Facility Maintenance Manager, you will be highly organized, results driven, and will be focused on sharing your expertise in the role. You will be a strong communicator, collaborating cross-functionally with the client to lead and drive the implementation of practices that result in exceptional operations. You will be a strong problem-solver, forward-thinker, leader and creative partner.

As a Facility Manager, you will collaborate with teams to identify risks and issues and report on status to department leadership and stakeholders. You will be responsible for all aspects of the designated team's initiatives, including control of scope and specifications, work cross- functionally with the customer team, end-to-end schedule, budget, and directing actions of technicians who support the customer sites.

Responsibilities:
* Support multi project upgrades and retrofits in different customer sites with clear communication
* Ensure technicians' reports are completed correctly and note issues, risks and recommendations as needed.
* Ensures resources/budgets are available to meet stakeholder needs for planned projects and holds team members accountable for individual team budgets while delivering project or project close outs in a timely fashion.
* Coordinates internal stakeholders and project plan including its development, implementation, quality control, and action review activities. Reviewing high-level deliverables in support of the project management function and ensuring work plans for the site are appropriate to meet changing needs, requirements, and regulations. Contribute and advance key areas such as continuous improvement, sustainability, and team development.
* Partner with customers and team members to ensure all safety requirements are followed.
* Review engineering drawings for analysis of facility and equipment layout to ensure a safe, secure, and functional working environment.
* Technical expertise and mastery of mechanical / electrical drawings for industrial control systems. Repairs and maintains in accordance with operation manual, and manufacturer's specifications, mechanical equipment, conveyor system.

Minimum requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, construction management or 4-6 years equivalent work experience in lieu of degree with technical certification.
* 3 + years of warehouse mechanical/electrical controls and troubleshooting experience in automated facilities.

Preferred requirements:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to report on projects to appropriate stakeholders and customers.
* Facilities Manager - Certificate, Project Management - Project Management Professional - Certification
* Strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills
* Read and interpret equipment manifests, BOM"s, and mechanical / electrical drawings
* Logically diagnose and determine if a problem is electrical or mechanical in nature and formulate a plan of action.
* Extensive knowledge of capital projects management, facility design and planning.
* Broad experience in the development of scope documents, support of RFP and vendor management.
* Accustomed to managing project expenses to a budget.
* Proven track record in leading complex/multiple function projects in a supply chain role.
* Knowledge of automated conveyor systems and controls systems experience is required.

Travel - Travel will be infrequent and limited travel outside of your site/region for the purposes of support and/or training.
