Manages network owned and leased facilities including administrative space, practices, network health centers, land, residential dwellings, and other non-acute care facilities. Delivers and provides property management services, issue resolution, and cost reduction management of leases.

Job Description

Essential Functions

  • Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson.
  • Ensures facilities are operating and being maintained at a level consistent with network expectations.
  • Develop relationships with third-party attorneys and legal teams to provide lease review, lease negotiation, and lease enforcement capabilities.
  • Develops relationships with internal users, third-party Landlords, Real Estate agents, and Property Management companies to enable successful negotiation of leases, property acquisitions, and property management services.
  • Assists with the network real estate portfolio cost reduction.
  • Negotiates lease agreement deal points and terms. Reviews lease information and enforces stipulations within agreements.
  • Ensures contact with tenants on a regular basis to assess needs and provide resolution to tenant issues.
  • Visits, tours and addresses onsite needs of clients and users in buildings.
  • Develops specifications for contracts and capital items; solicits and analyzes bids from vendors.
  • Develops and maintains service contracts to aid in the maintenance and issue resolution process for rental properties.
  • Develops, implements, and maintains property inspection process to ensure the upkeep of owned and leased properties.
  • Manages, reviews, and tracks recoverable income; CAM reconciliations; and appropriate invoices, tax payments, and rent payments.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED; Bachelors Preferred

AND

Experience:

  • 5 years of experience with management of healthcare outpatient and administrative facilities and properties.
  • Ability to focus on details and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and to consistently apply standards with flexibility for various department functions.
  • Knowledge and ability to extract key data elements from data systems.

Ability to travel to client locations.

Strong negotiation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Proficiency in budgeting software.

Proficiency in CoStar or other lease administration software and work order software.
