This position is eligible for Eskaton's health benefits package the first of the month following 60 days of employment and Paid Time Off benefits program after 90 days of employment.

Position Summary:
The Regional Sales Specialist plays a pivotal role in advancing Eskaton's mission by ensuring effective execution of our sales strategies across assigned communities in the Bay Area. This individual works closely with community-based sales teams and Executive Directors to drive occupancy, enhance lead conversion, and maintain consistency with Eskaton's standards of excellence. The position reports to the corporate sales leadership team.

The starting salary for this position ranges from $90,000-$100,000 annually. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered.

Position Responsibilities include:



  • Provide interim or supplemental sales support to communities experiencing performance challenges or staffing vacancies.
  • Deliver training, coaching, and mentorship to community sales teams, Executive Directors and team members to improve performance and maintain consistency.
  • Ensure successful implementation of Eskaton's standardized sales practices
  • Collaborate with community teams to develop and manage marketing plans and budgets.
  • Monitor CRM systems to ensure accurate and timely entry of sales activity.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and tailor training initiatives accordingly.
  • Assist in the onboarding and ramp-up of sales staff for new community openings or leadership transitions.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews, such as mystery shops and process audits, to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Act as a liaison between corporate sales leadership and community Executive.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (equivalent professional experience may be considered).
  • Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience in the senior living industry, with specific focus on Assisted Living and Memory Care.
  • Demonstrated success in sales coaching and performance improvement.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with prospective residents, families, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Self-driven and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Must successfully complete a criminal background check, health screening, and drug test prior to employment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 95% across Northern California and the Bay Area.


The final candidate must successfully pass Eskaton's post offer, pre-employment testing which includes a criminal background check, drug test, TB screen test and health screen. All new hires are required to sign an arbitration agreement as a condition of employment.
