Job Location: Pharr, Texas
Scope:
Implement the highest level of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring quality of goods to our customers.
Essential Functions:
- Must have good understanding of Cycle Counts
- Ability to assign and maintain inventory and complete physical counts
- Must be able to operate fork-lift
- Must have Computer experience including Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Complete daily Data Entry of all receipts into AX system
- Must be able to train, assign, coach, counsel, plan and monitor individual jobs.
- Schedule and track on-time deliveries for both domestic and international shipments
- Communicate with other plants
- Coordinate USA/Mex transportation (for southbound & northbound)
- Maintain documents used in shipping or receiving
- Maintain and follow all health and safety regulations
- Organize and schedule equipment maintenance
- Comply with environmental and safety laws and regulations
- Must be able to meet daily operations and exceed daily performance expectations by measuring and reporting the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee's performance.
- Must be detailed oriented to effectively schedule work, maintain accurate records of all stock transactions.
- Acquire knowledge of Hydro's safety, environmental and quality standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to maintain workflow or respond to emergency conditions.
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
- Maintains work area in a clean and orderly condition in accordance with 5 S standards.
- Requires the ability to perform all duties within limitation of the standard methods and procedures, and in accordance with strict adherence to HSE, quality and productivity requirement.
