Responsibilities

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $51,700 - $101,500 per year plus a bonus. Final compensation will be determined by location, skills, experience, qualifications and the level of career at which the position is filled.

We are currently seeking a Platform Products Analyst that will drive cross-functional execution against assigned platform product roadmaps, including features, enhancements, and issue resolution. The Analyst will provide analytical insights, track product performance, and assist in delivering enhancements that improve the customer experience.

Key Accountabilities

Data Analysis

    Gathers and analyzes data on platform performance, customer behavior, and usage trends across digital channels such as online and mobile banking.
  • Working with Product Analytics team, monitors and regularly reports on performance of assigned platforms and/or features
  • Supports Platform Product Manager with competitive analysis, market research, and identification of new opportunities.
  • Monitors KPIs and generates reports to support platform product decisions.
  • Participates in testing, validation, and implementation of new platform features or updates.

Data Interpretation and Insights

  • Produces actionable recommendations grounded in business and customer data and research for new or enhanced platform product features
  • Documents product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for platform enhancements and new features.
  • Evaluates competitive platform products for benchmarking ONB product performance
  • Develops customer-listening pipelines for developing, ingesting, and actioning customer product and feature feedback
  • Collaborates to ensure digital platform features are compliant with regulatory standards and delivers on customer expectations.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university (advanced degree preferred)
  • 1-3 years of relevant professional experience with a demonstrated high level of success managing diverse teams in a complex financial institution or similar organization
  • Strong digital platform product management experience - preferably within the retail banking space, with experience in managing privacy, regulatory and compliance matters.
  • Proven ability to assess, validate, products, services, and solutions, including an understanding of the QA process.
  • Strong experience selecting, engaging, and managing technology vendors and third-party partners
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Strong critical thinking skills that result in effective decisions supported by rigorous analysis
