We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Promotion Specialist to support priority artist and single campaigns. Interest and passion for breaking new music and amplifying hits from superstars in fast-paced, high-energy environment. The Ideal candidate will have experience with frontline labels, familiarity with radio airplay and consumption tracking platforms, and a strong ability to synthesize and visualize data from multiple sources into actionable insights.


What you'll do:

  • Track and analyze streaming and radio airplay. Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing Mediabase and Music Connect/Luminate to evaluate data and interpret it to share how priority campaigns are performing, as well as highlighting opportunities in the marketplace.
  • Prepare and own the creation of presentation materials and data visualization for artist campaigns using Canva, Slides, Photoshop, and PowerPoint
  • Ensure data accuracy through processes of drafting of departmental budgets, coordination with vendors, and processing of purchase orders
  • Collaborate with the finance team, as well as marketing, touring and digital departments to spearhead campaigns and promotional events
  • Build trusted relationships with format executives in pursuit of seamless collaboration on campaign priorities and promotional needs
  • Lead and direct the planning of artist events, promotional visits, meet and greets, partner relations


Who you are:

  • 2+ years of exposure to Promotion processes and landscape, preferably at a frontline label or music company preferred
  • Strong understanding of the music release cycle
  • Experience tracking and managing budgets, reconciling expenses and generating reports
  • Experience using data visualization tools; e.g. Tableau, Power BI
  • Excellent organization and multitasking skills; able to manage and prioritize competing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
