Description

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Sr. Director, Product Marketing will be responsible for leading our go-to-market strategy and product storytelling as we scale. This is a mission-critical, high-visibility leadership role reporting directly to the CMO, with the mandate to shape how we position our platform, engage our buyers, and enable our go-to-market teams to win.

You'll own the full product marketing charter, partner closely with Product and Demand Generation, and work directly with Sales leadership and the executive team to drive market traction and revenue impact.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product marketing function end-to-end-serving as a player-coach who owns strategy, execution, and team development across messaging, enablement, competitive intel, and launches.
  • Develop differentiated positioning and messaging that resonates with CISOs, SOC leaders, and other enterprise cybersecurity stakeholders across multiple personas and verticals.
  • Translate roadmap and technical capabilities into compelling, outcome-oriented stories that support both commercial and customer success goals.
  • Orchestrate product and feature launches with clear internal readiness, external activation plans, and measurement frameworks.
  • Collaborate on sales enablement strategy and oversee materials including decks, battlecards, one-pagers, and talk tracks.
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation to activate positioning across campaigns and optimize full-funnel conversion.
  • Represent Product Marketing in analyst engagements, strategic customer conversations, and executive leadership forums.
  • Incorporate AI-driven insights and tools to accelerate research, asset creation, and personalization at scale.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Proven success in building and evolving product marketing functions, including GTM strategy, enablement, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong bias for execution-you're equally at ease mapping positioning frameworks and writing messaging copy.
  • Exceptional communicator and storyteller who brings clarity and energy to complex concepts.
  • Comfortable operating in resource-lean, fast-paced environments where priorities shift and collaboration is key.
  • Fluent in leveraging AI tools to improve speed, quality, and scale of output.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field (Marketing, Business) preferred
  • 12-15+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, with significant exposure to cybersecurity or enterprise software markets.
  • 5+ years in a leadership role managing and mentoring high-performing PMM teams.
