JOB SUMMARY

At KeyBank, client and employee experience are two of the driving forces of our business. The newly formed enterprise Client and Employee experience team is looking to create a renewed focus on the client and employee experience by understanding end to end journeys across key moments of truth, taking an outside in perspective in everything we do, and creating meaningful and emotional interactions to improve clients/employees' overall financial health and satisfaction with KeyBank. To increase loyalty, listening and understanding to our clients/employees' needs, perceptions, and expectations is critical to our success. And to advance further, we also need to create the ability to tie our CX/EX to business strategy and outcomes.

To advance our voice of client/employee capabilities, the Measurement & Insights team is expanding and is looking for a highly motivated and experienced market research professional. The ideal candidate for the Research Insights Manager role will possess experience in Consumer & B2B to deliver strategic insights from qualitative and quantitative primary market research and competitive intelligence. The candidate will have strong skills in project management, communication, and relationship building across all levels of the organization and success with delivering KPIs. This candidate will be a strategic partner for all business units across KeyBank and will be the client advocate in developing a deep understanding of their perceptions and preferences to identify actions to deliver a best-in-class client/employee experience combined with strong financial outcomes.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Collaborate and consult with all Consumer and B2B lines of business across the Key enterprise, including other CX/EX teammates, to proactively understand business strategy and recommend research solutions
  • Effectively translate business partners' needs into research projects
  • Design and execute primary research projects, end-to-end, from research planning through analysis, report creation and presentation
  • Possess knowledge of various primary research methods, both qualitative and quantitative; be able to recommend appropriate methodology to garner relevant, actionable and timely insights
  • Conduct, analyze, and synthesize research & insights in support of the Client and Employee Experience, including voice of customer and voice of employee programs
  • Deliver regular updates on key metrics and relevant insights to business partners to enable them to connect their own business to the enterprise
  • Prepare and present executive summary presentations with research findings & insights to various audiences, including senior level executives
  • Build and maintain vendors relationships; ensure syndicated study providers are providing meaningful insights in a timely fashion and within budget

ADDITIONAL DUTIES

  • Proactively recommend new and innovative ways to enhance reporting of research results & insights
  • Continue to develop a deep knowledge of subject area; understand current events and trends within financial services and within the research industry

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Research, Analytical, Social Sciences or other related discipline or equivalent experience.

This position is NOT eligible for employment visa sponsorship for non-U.S. citizens.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $100,000 to $110,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
