  • Support commercial launch readiness and country-specific import/export requirements, including documentation preparation.
  • Assist with logistics system configuration or data validation projects and support UAT (user acceptance testing) for enhancements or new tool rollouts.
  • Investigate and document transport deviations, and support CAPA development with Quality and Supply Chain teams.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Technical Writing, Business, Life Sciences, related field or equivalent years of experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, with a strong emphasis on commercial distribution in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
  • Proficient in technical writing, with experience drafting controlled documentation for GxP environments.
  • Hands-on experience with logistics systems and tools (e.g., TMS, visibility platforms, ERP/SAP).
  • Familiarity with Good Distribution Practices (GDP), IATA, and global trade regulations.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting logistics for commercial Cell and Gene Therapy (CGT) or biologics programs.
  • Prior experience with import/export documentation, shipping validations, and vendor interfaces.
  • APICS/ASCM certification (e.g., CLTD, CSCP) or equivalent strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and logistics data analysis/reporting.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external partners in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Other Information
