Additionally, someone who is data-driven, using KPIs not just to track performance but to tell a story and guide recommendations. This individual should be comfortable on the shop floor and in front of a spreadsheet, collaborating with engineers to develop a new fixture in the morning and working with software teams to enhance a program in the afternoon.
