As an *Income and Asset Analyst*, you'll be part of a high-performing team responsible for validating borrower documentation, supporting escalated cases, and contributing to key operational metrics that drive business excellence. *Key Responsibilities* * *Document Validation & Analysis:* Review borrower documentation-including pay stubs, tax returns, and bank statements-with precision and care to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and alignment with investor guidelines. * *Income Optimization & Decision Support:* Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for income maximization, making thoughtful recommendations based on comprehensive analysis. * *Escalation & Resolution Support:* Assist in handling high-priority or complex cases by gathering insights, analyzing documentation, and partnering with leads to drive timely, effective outcomes. * *Compliance & Timeliness:* Meet or exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) by delivering fast, reliable decisions without compromising quality. * *Team Collaboration:* Contribute to a culture of support, cooperation, and continuous improvement by working closely with team members and leadership. * *Process Innovation:* Share ideas to enhance processes related to income verification, asset analysis, and data discrepancy resolution. *What You'll Bring* * Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field - or equivalent hands-on experience. * *1-3 years of experience in mortgage operations, financial analysis, or customer-facing financial services.* * *Strong working knowledge of income review procedures and mortgage documentation.* * *Proven analytical skills with experience using reporting tools and data evaluation techniques.* * *Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for internal collaboration and external clarity.* * *Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with sharp attention to detail and a passion for getting things right.* *Why This Role Stands Out* * Work in a department where precision meets purpose-helping customers achieve financial clarity. * Grow your technical and analytical skills in an evolving financial services landscape. * Be part of an inclusive team that values collaboration, innovation, and personal development. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
