Job Summary:
This person will play a critical role in delivering high-quality technical support, project execution, and internal system enhancements. This position requires strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to document every phase of support sessions, training events, and project work. The role is both client-facing and internally focused, involving project management, engineering, and technical training. Key Responsibilities: * 60% Support Services * Handle escalated support tickets and complex technical issues. * Lead mini to major support projects, including on-call responsibilities and scheduled tasks. * 30% Project Work * Manage and execute client-facing projects, onboarding, and technical assessments. * Participate in cross-functional initiatives across IT, networking, voice, and surveillance systems. * 10% Internal Enhancements * Contribute to internal product development and proactive support initiatives. * Improve automation, documentation, and system stability. Core Duties: * Provide Tier 2/3 support and participate in the on-call rotation. * Lead escalated support efforts that evolve into project-level work (e.g., domain controller rebuilds, VMware restoration). * Collaborate on automation improvements to enhance proactive support. * Document all work thoroughly-before, during, and after execution. * Define and implement thresholds for proactive alerting and auto-remediation. * Assist with patch management (Windows OS, third-party apps, custom client apps). * Support scripting and automation efforts in collaboration with the Special Projects Engineer. * Deliver client training and post-project reviews. * Ensure all work aligns with Krueger's standards and industry best practices (e.g., Microsoft, HP, Cisco). Desired Skills: * Microsoft Azure * Troubleshooting complex systems * Microsoft Intune * Office 365 / O365 administration Additional Qualifications: * Strong documentation and communication skills. * Ability to manage projects from initiation to completion. * Experience with automation platforms (e.g., ConnectWise Automate). * Familiarity with patching, scripting, and proactive monitoring tools. * Team-oriented with a growth mindset and a passion for innovation. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $125000.00/yr. https://www.kciteam.com/ benefits are very good. 45 days and can be vested in the org. *Workplace Type* This is a hybrid position in ELM GROVE,WI. *Application Deadline* This position is anticipated to close on Aug 4, 2025. h4>About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
