Direct to Consumer Brand Specialist As a Direct to Consumer (DTC) Brand Specialist for Ste. Michelle Wine Estates' Oregon Brands-A to Z Wineworks, Erath, and REX HILL-you will play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating the customer experience. You'll develop and execute innovative brand strategies and campaigns that drive awareness, deepen customer engagement, and foster brand loyalty. Our DTC Brand Specialist is someone who is both strategic and hands-on, detail-oriented yet creative, and eager to grow with a company that values innovation and teamwork The DTC Brand Specialist translates brand-driven creative visions into actionable, result-oriented campaigns while building meaningful connections with our guests and internal teams. Your success will be measured through key metrics, including DTC sales, customer retention, and internal brand alignment. Job Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Brand Strategies

Position Requirements:

Bachelors of Marketing (required)
Bachelors of Hospitality and Resort Management (required) Experience
Do you have experience in the wine industry, hospitality, or branding and engagement roles in relationship-focused luxury brands? (preferred)
Do you have a solid understanding of and competency using principles of project management? (required) Are you proficient with in Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and are you familiar with project management applications such as Monday.com, Smartsheet, or Trello?
