The Director Global Marketing - Continence Care, Rehab, is responsible for strengthening the value proposition, defining strategies, and executing tactics to drive intermittent catheter (IC) sales growth at Rehabilitation Centers globally. Responsibilities:
Business Strategy Formulation
- Develop commercial strategy, messaging, and tactics for Rehabilitation Centers.
- Understand customer needs and develop programs and services, including clinical education, to improve competitive position and drive satisfaction and sales.
- Influence future pipeline based on customer needs and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with local Business Units or distributors to develop a global product and service portfolio aligned with customer needs, competitive evaluations, corporate strategies, and financial analysis.
Marketing Strategy Development and Execution
- Create marketing plans to drive Continence Care growth aligned with the Strategic Plan.
- Collaborate with local Business Units or distributors for development and execution.
- Plan and execute product launches and campaigns per the Go2Market Launch Process.
- Provide leadership and integration to ensure consistent execution of strategies.
- Address business issues requiring global facilitation.
Decision Analytics
- Use internal and external data sources to generate insights.
- Identify risks or gaps in analysis or conclusions.
- Deliver data-driven decisions to improve performance.
Marketing Research / Competitive Information
- Define scope and objectives of market research.
- Conduct research, articulate conclusions, and identify actions.
- Collect competitive and market intelligence and identify global opportunities or risks.
Leadership
- Lead and develop a team of 3-5 marketing professionals.
- Communicate consistently and clearly with stakeholders.
- Act as a change champion.
Other Duties
- Complete other duties as needed or required.
Work Experience Requirements:
- 10+ years of business experience, including 5+ years in healthcare marketing (pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech).
- 4+ years managing a team of 3-5 marketing professionals.
- Global experience and product launch experience highly desired.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or technical discipline required.
- MBA highly preferred.
Specialized Skills/Technical Knowledge:
- Experience in developing and executing strategies for top-line product sales growth.
- Strong quantitative analysis and communication skills.
- Strategic marketing experience including marketing plans, product launches, and campaigns.
- Success in global marketing functions and collaboration with local marketing teams.
- Strong cross-functional and relationship management skills.
- Experience managing people and technical resources in direct and matrix environments.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
Language Requirements:
- Fluent in English; fluency in a second language is a plus.

- The anticipated base pay range for this position is $162,747 - $255,745 yearly. The actual salary varies based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, abilities, and other legitimate business factors.
