Summary: The Executive Director, Scientific Communications will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive scientific communication strategy to position Pacira BioSciences as a leader in pain and pain adjacencies. Reporting into the Clinical Affairs team, this role will lead a team focused on strategic planning, content creation, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to effectively gather, synthesize, and communicate scientific insights. Key responsibilities include crafting strategic plans to disseminate scientific intelligence across internal teams, medical and scientific experts, and clinical investigators, as well as overseeing the development of high-quality scientific publications. The Executive Director will ensure all communications are accurate, rigorous, and aligned with Pacira's mission to inform and advance the medical and scientific community. Pay Transparency The base pay range for this role is $229,000 annually to $301,000 annually.
The range is what we reasonably expect to pay for this role. The range considers a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: geographic markets, business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience, training, licensure, and certifications.
