The Corporate Recruiter has the primary responsibility of ensuring that the staffing needs of the Company are continuously and expeditiously met. The recruiter will play a pivotal role in screening applicants and identifying, evaluating, and selecting top talent. The Corporate Recruiter will lead the way expanding our business through identifying and building strong relationships within the industry and throughout the organization.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES

  • Conducting initial assessments of applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates.
  • Partner with Operations to understand their staffing needs and manage the interview process.
  • Develop effective relationships with outside organizations to foster community relations and generate applicants.
  • Craft compelling job descriptions and maintaining their professional appearance and content.
  • Advertise and promote open positions using social media and marketing.
  • Ensure all aspects of recruitment process comply with affirmative action reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:

  • 5 years' experience in recruitment/selection and related employment law practices preferred.
  • Advanced social media skills with both organic and sponsored recruiting advertising preferred.

Education:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent HR Generalist work preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong communication, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking & ability to execute results.
  • Ability to overcome objections.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to support the organization's growth.
  • High degree of integrity & professionalism.
  • Organizational and daily work priority skills.
  • Work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong Networking ability
