Purpose The Assistant Manager, Operations is responsible for managing and providing training for ILA rail, vessel and yard gangs and stevedoring with the objective of maintaining a safe work environment, maximizing marine, yard and gate productivity, controlling cost and meeting terminal and operational requirements. Assists with the enforcement of the security plan to ensure compliance with Federal Regulations CFR 105. Ensure to continuously strive to improve the service to all customers and provide an environmentally safe working environment for all Mobile and ILA employees. Key Responsibilities

Job Type: Full Time Salary: USD 80,000.00 - USD 90,000.00* Benefits: Full time employees are eligible For Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, and 401k match *The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for this position.
