Position Overview:
The SaaS Client Executive is a national sales position responsible for driving new sales growth and retention strategies by recommending and selling Zones SaaS solutions for small business clients. These solutions encompass next-generation telecommunications, unified communications, contact center, co-location services, cloud services, and managed services to both new and existing customers. The SaaS Executive will collaborate with Account Managers and ATEs to identify new opportunities within current customer accounts and attract new customers for the SaaS solutions. They will manage relationships with both new and existing customers as well as partners within the Zones/AireSpring portfolio. Additionally, the SaaS Executive will enhance the customer experience by conducting regular technology reviews, growing and retaining various clients through upselling the latest hybrid cloud technologies in the market, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients who have previously purchased these services.
What you'll do as the SAAS Client Executive:

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to drive SaaS solutions ofnext generation telecommunications, unified communications, contact center, co-location services, data center, cloud, and managed services solutions to new and existing customers.
  • Collaborate closely with small business inside sellers, team managers, and other specialty sellers tomeet or exceed sales revenue targets.
  • The primary focus will be on the AireSpring portfolio of solutions and services.
  • Increase customer share by providing new telecommunication services, unified communication solutions, contact center solutions, co-location services, data center, cloud, SaaS, and managed services solutions to clients.
  • Achieve revenue goals.
  • Attain monthly and quarterly portfolio renewal contracts related to revenue goals.
  • Demonstrate a strong and effective knowledge of all telecommunications, unified communications, contact center, co-location, data center, cloud, and managed service solutions in the Zones/AireSpring portfolio. Fluency in the contrasting differences between each solution and ability to articulate those differences based on a client's requirements and sales opportunity.
  • Provide strong existing client management and outgoing business development efforts to optimize effective market coverage to exceed sales targets and reduce client attrition.
  • Help create client-facing business development activities, perform demand generation, and perform all follow-up to business development activities.
  • Coordinate prospect meetings, teleconferences, and communications.
  • Participate in client seminars and workshops.
  • Create and deliver polished sales proposals and RFP responses.
  • Maintain a pipeline and assist with CRM's opportunity entry & initial account set up.
  • Aid with vendor registration on new opportunities
  • Submit pricing requests & formulate responses into quote comparison spreadsheet (presentation)
  • Issuing quotes, sales presentations, sales orders, and contract paperwork to Team Leads and/or customers
  • Record recent sales into CRM & Manage monthly revenue reports
  • Communicate and provide vendor escalations paths/lists to existing customers.
  • Perform in daily tasks of scheduling customer and deal review calls
What you bring:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • 5 years relevant sales experience in (Telecom, Unified Communications, Contact Center, Co-location, Cloud, Data Center, and Managed Services)
  • Extremely well organized with strong attention to detail
  • Technologically savvy; including high familiarity with Word, Excel, and database applications involving computer use and data entry
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills including consulting skills
  • Strong presentation and organizational skills - required to present proposals for net new services based on client requirements.
  • Strong Oral and written communication skills
  • Thorough knowledge of "as-a-service" solutions and business models
  • Experience meeting and exceeding scheduled deadlines
  • Works well with customers, vendors, and management effectively
  • Ability to handle, and simultaneously balance, a wide variety of multiple tasks under short time constraints
  • Be able to support others and lead projects as required

Qualified candidates can expect a salary range of $70,000 - $85,000 plus generous commission potential.
