Position Overview
Green Bay Packaging is seeking dedicated sales professionals to join our Fort Worth Division in support of the Texas market. Sales representatives are responsible for developing new business relationships and opportunities while supporting and growing existing relationships and business. We are looking to staff positions in the Dallas/Fort Worth, San Antonio and Texas Panhandle regions.
Responsibilities * Develop business plans to meet personal and company sales objectives. * Qualify and develop active, viable pipelines through targeting prospects and initiating contact utilizing the various methods of sales lead generation. * Manage, support and develop relationships and growth opportunities within new and existing accounts. * Actively pursue cost reduction opportunities and identify alternative means to provide value to a prospect/customer. * Provide accurate market feedback and industry trends. * Work closely with internal supporting departments to ensure customer requirements are met. Qualifications * High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree in Sales or Marketing preferred * Solid work ethic comprised with high levels of motivation and willingness * Ability to work independently * Possesses aggressive sales and prospecting skills * Effective verbal and written communication skills * Strong project and account management skills * Strong organizational and computer skills * Commitment to outstanding customer service Compensation & Benefits In addition to a competitive wage, the selected candidate will enjoy a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, wellness programs, STD, LTD, life insurance, company matching 401(k) and pension.
