- Own P&L accountability for residential sales and oversee teams to ensure strategic execution meets or exceeds KPIs, brand values, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Lead and scale a multi-channel sales strategy, including Telesales (inbound sales), Indirect Sales (affiliates/partners), internal and external Direct Sales resources, and E-Commerce.
- Reimagine and transform existing retail locations into high-conversion experience centers.
- Identify, test, and scale new incremental sales channels leveraging internal and external resources-including partnerships and emerging platforms.
- Champion a customer-first sales culture by embedding deep product knowledge and go-to-market strategies across all sales channels; lead by example through regular call listening sessions, field engagement, and hands-on coaching to ensure every team member can articulate value, resolve objections, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Establish clear, data-driven sales attribution model to ensure transparency, optimize spend, and accurately credit performance at every conversion point; manages channel conflict.
- Design and implement high-impact sales incentive and compensation plans that drive performance, accelerate channel growth, and align behavior with revenue goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Training, Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience, and Product to ensure alignment on strategic objectives.
- Build and operationalize sales processes, technologies, and performance frameworks to optimize sales productivity.
- Use analytics to monitor KPIs, diagnose bottlenecks, and implement tactical improvements that drive sustained revenue growth.
- Partner with Finance and executive leadership to develop accurate forecasting models, budgets, and incentive plans to achieve aggressive sales targets.
- Leverage deep market intelligence to anticipate customer needs, track competitor trends, and align promotional campaigns accordingly.
- Evaluate and develop local and regional sales leaders; create an inclusive, accountable, and results oriented team culture.
- Cultivate an inclusive work environment where all employees feel valued, respected, heard and empowered to do their best work.

What You Bring to the Table:
- 10+ years in progressive sales leadership roles, with at least 5 years overseeing multi-location or multi channel teams in the telecommunications, broadband, or technology sectors.
- Proven success managing Inbound, Direct Sales, Partner/Indirect Sales, retail, and Ecommerce Sales under one unified strategy.
- Deep expertise in sales strategy, channel development, and operations.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Skilled in forecasting, budgeting, and incentive planning.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- High emotional intelligence with demonstrated ability to inspire, coach, and hold teams accountable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Enthusiastic brand ambassador with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong experience and knowledge in developing incentives, commission plans, sales forecasts and targets, sales performance evaluation, budgetary control, resource planning and risk management.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and goal setting skills.
- Must be willing and able to travel domestically.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent work experience) in Business, Retail Management, Marketing or another related field.

*Benefits listed above are for regular full-time position Base Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $180,000-$220,000 annually plus opportunities for bonus and benefits. The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities.
