Position Title: Fulfillment Specialist and Driver Wage: $22.00 - $23.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm QPS Employment Group is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist/Driver for a company in Gilberts, IL. We're looking for a Fulfillment Specialist & Driver who's ready to roll up their sleeves, hit the road, and keep warehouse operations running smoothly. Fulfillment Specialist and Driver Responsibilities: - Build and maintain positive relationships with customers along delivery routes - Drive vehicles as assigned (must hold a valid driver's license) - Report any vehicle maintenance needs - Perform core warehouse duties, including receiving, stock put-away, order picking, shipping and validation - Perform physical inventory counts (cycle and year-end) - Develop and maintain working knowledge of warehouse management systems - Maintain clean work area Requirements for Fulfillment Specialist and Driver: - Previous experience using fulfillment or warehouse management software preferred - Experience operating forklifts, order pickers and reach trucks preferred - Ability to stand, crouch, lift, and move objects throughout the workday - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Basic computer proficiency schaumburg@qpsemployment.com IND133 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
