As a Driver Trainer, you will provide mentoring and training for new drivers to learn the processes and procedures of Dot Foods / Dot Transportation pertaining to all driving, pickup, and delivery responsibilities. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Mentor and train new drivers in DTI processes and procedures YOU MUST HAVE * Minimum of one year of service with Dot Transportation, Inc. YOU MAY ALSO HAVE * An understanding of appropriate management of paperwork, hours of service regulations, idle time, speed, MPG, and overall safety requirements ROLE SPECIFICS * Flexibility in working with the training schedule, and in changing driving assignments to meet training schedule needs. * Attend training activities and offsite meetings. Must be able to travel independently without restriction by all modes of transportation, including car, plane, or train.
