Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Responsible for full accounting of all activity for multiple entities, including banking activity, journal entries and account reconciliation. * Prepare internal and external financial statements. * Communicate with outside CPA's, including support and preliminary review of partnership tax returns and audited financial statements. * Interact with investor and other third parties, communicating and coordinating regarding reporting received or provided. * Participate in consolidating financial statement process. * Special projects requiring complex analysis and knowledge of GAAP and income tax principles. | |
