Basic Purpose and Scope:
The Manager - Revenue Growth Management drives pricing, promotion, trade optimization, and pack architecture strategies that maximize profitability and sustainable growth. This individual will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Category Management, and Supply Chain to identify revenue opportunities and drive value creation across brands and customers.
Position Description:
  • Ensure compliance with all BBU safety programs promoted by the organization
  • Design and lead strategic initiatives across pricing, trade terms, promotional planning, and product mix to unlock revenue and profit opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of product and channel performance to surface actionable insights and growth levers.
  • Guide the development of pack-price architecture aligned with consumer needs, brand strategy, and retailer requirements.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to align trade investment with customer priorities while improving efficiency and ROI.
  • Analyze past promotions and pricing tactics to assess effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Contribute to forecasting, annual planning, and scenario modeling by integrating RGM strategies and financial impact.
  • Build and manage tools, scorecards, and reporting processes to support business decisions and performance tracking.
  • Provide thought leadership to innovation and brand teams around pricing strategy and margin structure for new products.
  • Track industry and competitive pricing activity to anticipate trends and recommend proactive strategies.
Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline preferred.A combination of education, training, and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.
  • Minimum 5 years with CPG company in Revenue Management, Business Development, Trade Marketing, Brand Strategy, Sales, Category Management, or Trade Analytics roles
  • MBA preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
  • Understanding of P&L management & strong business analytics skill set
  • Strong problem-solving skills, technical skills, and conceptual thinking abilities
  • Strong listening and communication skills
  • Requires excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively negotiate and influence others
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to lead through influence and indirect authority with cross-functional groups
  • Working knowledge of IRI/Syndicated Data and Existing BBU Systems
  • Knowledge in Agile Process, Database Analyst, and Project Management preferred
  • 5% -10% travel
